This crap about Petar wanting to clear his good name is hogwash. People lost money big money on his word. Read HIS blog posts. He said the AF'S WOULD be posted. Read the PR's. He said drop dead date. He even reiterated that date. Maybe he will volunteer to give some of his salary to these investors to clear his good name. Or let someone use his Maserati for the weekend. Thought not... he deserves no consideration for leniency. He acts as if he was the one who got screwed. But I guess not since he says he owns no shares and the share price doesn't effect him.

Has anybody stopped to think that Petar never pumped the stock, he never PR's any deal associated with Sulja, he never acknowledged any closed deals. He made one (1) comment about having closed a $98MM cement deal. (OK that was a pump) but all other PR's were made by Steve Sulja.

I am not taking up for PV, I never liked his attitude and his speaking in riddles, but he is not the one who pumped this stock for the last year, he almost said nothing about the stock except to get out if you didn't like what was happening. He WAS guilty of foot in mouth disease about releasing financials, but that may not have been his fault entirely. IMHO
