Your attorney has done a good job. AABB is a complete sham. Not even sure that "James Gilbert" exists, wouldn't be the first time that a penny stock had created a ficticious CEO or management.

Hell, we've been saying all this for free.

Of course people will keep playing the Greater Fool theory game on their fellow man anyway.

Are you and/or your attorney going to file an official complaint?

Was your attorney able to prove that James Gilbert is a real person or not? I have found nothing that shows he ever ran or owned a previous business, and has a zero internet "footprint".

The latest garbage to keep the dilution going and hopefully lure in some share buyers as the note holder dumps his conversion shares into the market.
At this rate with over 1.8 million in 2 notes, they will hit the trips soon.

Interesting post.

And they can't even spell "Qianda" right.

It's Qiangda!

Anyway, my attorney has been busy..his conclusions:

That James Gilbert and Asia Broadband, Inc. used Asia Metals, Inc. to purposely mislead investors by claiming a mine or mines exist in Guerrero, Mexico with no direct action taken in the United States or Mexico over the last three years to legally register these mine(s) and/or the concessions on which they sit.

That James Gilbert, Asia Broadband Inc., and Qiangda Investments & Economics & Co., Ltd. (Hong Kong) worked together to mislead investors about capital investments already made in Asia Metals, Inc. and about future investments to be made.

That James Gilbert created false or misleading Quarterly and Annual reports submitted to OTC Markets about revenue generated from brokered mineral sales, gross profit, and cash on hand.

He has further concluded after investigation:

There are no records of any activities, permits, requests, or real estate holdings, either open, pending or concluded for James Gilbert, Asia Metals, Inc., or Asia Broadband, Inc. in either Guerrero or Mexico City, Mexico.

There is real estate or "area" in Guerrero named "Las Coloradas."

Mining officials through the Ministry of Economy in Mexico City and members of the Guerrero Mining Cluster have never heard of Asia Metals, Inc., James Gilbert, Felipe Morales Rodriguez, Chak Wong, or Jirong Lo.

Likewise, calls to Minaurum, Torex, Osisko, and Leagold was met with shrugs. Never heard of them was the response.
