INO(1.66 -0.34)...any thoughts on this one? Really liked the A/H news from last night. Plenty cash until 2021, reducing headcount 28% to focus on the more solid clinical trials programs by cutting some of the others.Have good partnerships too.This strategy should have been done earlier.Not sure why this is not being looked upon as good news for the company( layoffs for employees are sad though,but it's business after all).
