Murdered is a strong word. There was no intent. Criminal negligence, perhaps. And the assumption that it is racial is just that--an assumption.
BTW, if Trump had said to a congressman from Serbia who always bitched about the country and whose policies were geared to fundamentally change the fabric on what this country was founded on, would it have been a racist tweet?
