SWS develops and incorporates environmentally friendly and sustainable technologies into modular and distributed components and integrated systems for water, wastewater treatment and industrial water applications.
The company’s capabilities include design, engineering, manufacturing, installation and services water treatment systems utilizing proprietary technologies to clean water and treat wastewater for industrial and environmental applications.
Primary applications focus on ultrapure, industrial, power generation, tertiary recovery and ground water remediation in the laboratory, pharmaceutical, power generation, pulp and paper, municipal, catastrophe response and environmental markets.
The product mix includes reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration, deionization, filtration, de-aerators, and PFC remediation. All products will be available in portable containers for quick dispatch, remote installation, and monitoring ideal for worldwide catastrophe support.
According to Research Nester’s, the global water and waste water treatment market is expected to reach approximately $704 billion by the end of 2027.
The current issue surrounding water resources is not the lack of water but the lack of water suitable for its intended purpose. Water is the most abundant material on the surface of the planet yet less than 2.5% is considered “freshwater” and less than 0.1% is suitable for use without any treatment.
These two acquisitions are the first steps in a roll-up strategy designed to take advantage of this market opportunity.
A few months ago it was announced that Sustainable Water Solutions, Inc. has signed a Letter of Engagement with an Investment Banking Firm. The funding will go directly to SWS and be non-dilutive to ANDI shareholders.
“I am very excited that SWS is able to take this next step forward in their growth cycle,” stated William White, CEO of ANDI.
SWS is acquiring two target companies as part of a roll-up strategy in the water treatment industry. The two targets possess proprietary designs and equipment for the purification of water, waste water recovery and recycling. The core design technologies have a 25-year plus track record in the industry with 50% of the revenues reoccurring on a monthly basis!
In March it was announced that SWS is seeking to enter the public markets with the assistance of their Investment Banker, via a listing on a higher exchange, such as the NYSE or NASDAQ.
As part of this going public strategy, SWS will be exiting from ANDI. Upon exiting, SWS will issue shares to Andiamo, and the Company will dividend the majority of those shares to its shareholders with the balance being held in treasury as an asset and for possible sale at a later date.
As greater details and a dividend date and amount become available, the Company will update everyone through press releases.
These are developments to keep a close eye on!
“We are extremely happy for the team at SWS and even more so for our shareholders”, stated William White. “We feel the opportunity to issue a dividend of a higher exchange listed company’s shares and the value they will bring to Andiamo and its shareholders will be a great windfall for all involved.”
