One should know that Citadel doesn't 'come up' with any money for buying or selling until the trader enters an order on their market makers platform.

Citadel doesn't make monetary trading decisions for entities who use their service.

That bidwetter is just gonna have to cough up 600 bucks if they want more of this garbage.....then Citadel can execute the order.

One would think citadel could come up with the extra 600 bucks to buy their 150K still sitting on the bid these last few days.

that and odds are .. the majority of the 150000 would have to be *marked* .. ;)

based on what was done re: PTOI on 1.29.19 (% hidden off the charts)
and the *volume* maintenance (avgs) in play for months afterward
it is *interesting* to see PTOI's *lowest* volume of 2019 be last month
in CONjunction with CDEL *reporting* in the PRIMARY spot to Finra

for those keeping score .. in 2019 .. that is NN @ 4 mos & CDEL @ 2 mos (MAR/JUN) .. hmmmm

imo an entity went to significant *effort* to maintain *volume* on PTOI for months
i asked why numerous times .. beyond the two obvious .. another NR entity getting
ready to run PTOI .. because they could do so easily *imo* .. or an *entity* learned something
specific to P2O itself

it's equally apparent that CDEL & NITE *have issues* if PTOI gets above 3c
(i'd throw in ETRF and some others in there too) ..

and if all of 2019's efforts were from another *NR entity* doing what gets done by rote on an OTC target
well then .. the only ? is where do they *run* PTOI to .. this round .. i'm guessing higher than the 8c *hit* on 1.29.19
