I agree with Solartech that revenue eliminates the need for more dilution. With revenue in the 1M fee, the Reactor sales and the training and consulting work altogether totaling $7 to 10M this year, QMC should be able to pay their bills.

Not without a share holder vote. I know we have a solid ownership from people on this board. Two years ago, we had 1/3 of the company. I led the effort to count our shares. We voiced our opinion about the previous boards desire to issue preferred shares. With Steve Squires’s support (shares), we had the voting strength to ensure the previous board didn’t dilute our voting power via preferred shares.

I would say that we’d make a solid front to a reverse split occurring without solid sustainable revenue.

That is ultimately what I don’t want to occur. But yes they could

Hold on there, that's not quite right. Yes there are 750 Million Authorized shares. The last 10K reported Directors and Executive Officers as a group of 5 persons 93,857,468 18.0% that includes Mr. Squires and options to purchase 45,031,250 shares owned by Mr. Squires and options to purchase 1,537,500 shares owned by Mr. Squires wife. Excludes 12,000,000 options owned by Mr. Squires which are unearned as of the date of the filing of this Form 10-k. So at best Squires can exercise ~160Million votes.

As of this morning there are 581 Million shares outstanding. There is 1 "Institutional investor listed". The "Carson Group" is not an Institutional Investor and I am of the belief Carson was instrumental in assisting Mr. Squires to regain control over QTMM. I spoke with Clay chase and asked him to convey to Mr. Squires that the Talley of Share Holders would vote with him at that time. So we stopped the transfer to Delaware, Stopped the Preferred shares and Got Mr. Squires "Reinstated" along with The Honorable Mr. Toshi Ando who I personally met with. FYI , they "Have to put a Proposed Reverse Split out on a "PROXY" That is not only not unnecessary but ill advised and unwarranted

I do not see any need for a "Reverse Split" at anytime. If we see this go to ~$3.00 per share we are looking at a ~$1.6 Billion Market Cap with a lot of "Revenue and growing" to back it up

When Jamis ran the "Talley" it was north of 280 Million shares.
