Looks like an appeal for a stockholder's derivative suit. Usually these are against management but I guess there is no reason that one could not bring one against outside parties like Hindenburg and any brokerages that assisted them. In fact, if that is successful, it might be the most effective way to stop this kind of activity. If brokerages houses were on the lookout for this and shut it down to protect themselves, it might be very effective. I would like to see a link as well, MacMahon, if you have one. I did a google search and found nothing. BTW, I filed a complaint with the SEC on their public facing site earlier today. Not sure that will do any good, but it's something.
