FG, No need to make accusations at Print. I am the one that raised this topic. Actually I think Print is right - should we take what RM says as the gospel truth? Haven't we learned anything this past year? My questions are simple.

1) Exactly what patent did we pay 1 million shares of dilution to lease? Was it the IRFS technology patent?
(If so, had we paid Videocom already in shares of SEVU as Print implies? I have said before that IMHO I believe SEVU had acquired the rights to what ever patents Rich McBride claimed ownership to, by right - at least for the products developed at SEVU). Or,
Did we pay 1 million shares for the housing patent for the SecureView product? The same point I made before applies here.

Let us also remember FG, when you quote a share price of $0.60 or $0.20, or $5 or $10, the current price is a result of over zellous statements made by our then CEO. The promise for these products and their development has always been very good. The share price WOULD reflect that if RM haden't set us up for the Anthony bashers. The actual price paid, for whatever we bought, was in the many millions of dollars IMO.

By the way Print, I believe RM took the shares for a different reason. He had lost a controlling interest in the company when SEVU issued shares for what we were told at the time was to raise money to bring SecureView to production (what was that all about?). He had to find some way to get back in control. You know his ego. So, he called a meeting of his limited Board of Directors, some of whom were his employees, and presented them a plan for him to get 1 million shares for whatever patent it was he was putting on the table for lease. How do you think any employee was going to vote on the bosses plan?

The other question that needs to be answered is what the heck is Rich talking about this morning in his post about "the utility patent pending I have licensed to SeaView". Is this the same patent? Have we been further diluted?

I would appreciate someone in good standing with SEVU asking these questions. Since I have started asking questions about the dilution of the past year the company officers have stopped responding to me. Great way to treat a once dedicated shareholder huh?

By the way board, I still own every share of SEVU I ever bought - some as high as $17 per share (I hate to say).

FG people bent on touting, like yourself should never be listened to.

You have credibility, Look at your own posts from last year, even 6 months ago, Look at what has transpired. Look at the posts you have dleted here that have come to pass as the TRUTH. You FG not me have lost all credibility!

you want proof that the license is not EXCLUSIVE?: http://www.wire21.com

Here it is for the world to see! Anyone, Any company can buy out right the technology SEVU claims is exclusive! PERIOD! FACT!

you say "As claimed by McBride" LOL, Huge big RED FLAG!

In the meantime, your posts will be viewed for what they are: attempts by a shareholder at misleading genuine investors for personal gain...

JMHO
LOL
HAPPY POSTING!----
