I hear you, but nobody else has this information so where is it posted? No way in the world they told you that over the phone or via email without releasing to the public first. That would be insider trading and illegal.
Also, how would a R/S get approved with only 283,598,624 outstanding shares? The action has to get approved by FINRA.
Please show me where it's posted so I can decide what I need to do.

I can’t find anywhere where it says an R/S is approved or even pending for that matter. Can you provide a link to back at your statement?
