Thank you Mr Gold. It section 350 basically states that even if there are possible future payment due to FDIC Libor win, bk must remain open. So it seems that Rosen is pretty confident everything will be settled by the 4th quater.
I would also imagine that Section 350 also applies to remote bankruptcy assets. Would those asset distribution also not require the court to sign off?
