I agree that lot's of DD is being ignored, namely the judge's order ending CCAA. That should be read by everybody as it would put an end to the fairy tales about there being another transaction, the "mysterious" letter, a "restructuring," and any other expectation of this company surviving this bankruptcy. There's not a way to believe any of that tripe after reading that order, highly recommended.

Where in the documents does it say they bought assets from bioamber biochemicals ? They have no assets to buy . But as plainly spelled out in court documents. Visolis and Lcy bought the assets of the three petitioners.
