Ya can either collect the interest payments or sell em at a discount and as large as this was they probably have still been trying to figure out where everything goes anyway, so might as well get good money on our money for 10 yrs or take a hit!

That ? has been the "myth and lore" going on around these area's ever since 2012' ...

... otherwise LTI's would need to be issued', ... which isn't going to happen ...

"Tracking Markers" are assigned specifically to their underlying support' ... and "ARE ABLE" To Be Used', as a counting mechanism as applied to the remains of the WMI-LT ...

So, the WMI-LT can go poof', the sooner the better in my opinion, ... and your Markers will continue to be applicable to their original support' ... the Capital Trust "Debentures" are scheduled to produce interest until 2041' ...

I see that this way ....
On what base the Escrows markers were born ?
WMILT or POR7 ?
I think POR7.
So the WMILT can be closed and Escrows will live on our accounts, untill the judge Walrath decides to close the BK. And between WMILT closure and BK close the remote assests will be paid.
Futhermore - the JMW can decide ESC will be live untill all payments are done - including the FDIC LIBOR problematic ...
So the ESC should be active on our brokerage accounts untill all payments are done .... because the all recepicient points must be defined and active IMO.

Will escrow payment happen before or after bk closure? If it is after then why did Rosen delay the closure until now? Why not conclude the employee claims 3 years ago and close the bk? Escrow markers can still be alive after bk closure and we can still get paid today...

I think it is more likely that escrow gets paid before bk closure...otherwise Rosen's delay with the employee claims do not make sense.
