October 22nd, 2018, the Visolis Transaction closed for "a total upfront purchase price of $4.3 million" without public disclosure of the LCY letter.
Probably the only point taken from your post (# 78765) is that "a lot" seems to happen on "the 22nd of every month" (Closing Date, KKR Filings, 1st monitor's report date not corresponding w/ Reverdia JV dissolving date , etc).
Please refer to B_C's post # 78751, for a well noted coincidence and inquiry of the 1st Monitor's Report dated May 22nd 2018 which the usage of "was" does not coincide with February 22, 2019 Reverdia announcement .
