Far as I know, the Stefanovics didn't make any serious money on EFLN. They just presided over eight years of craziness. The SEC realizes, I think, that if they sue, no judgment is likely to be paid. So this may just be the end.
Which is a bit sad. The story's offered priceless entertainment over the years.
