"QMC grants a “right of use” of QMC Intellectual Property for development, manufacture and commercialization of quantum dots to Amtronics CC in Assam India to support end-use products in thin-film quantum dot solar cells (QDSC), solid-state LED lighting (SSL) and state of the art display applications"

QTMM is not the developer of any of the products which they are licensing to Amtronics their quantum dots, Amtronics is.

QTMM will receive recurring revenue for quantum dots used by Amtronics for every research project whether it be a success or failure.

On November 19, 2018, the Company issued a press release that it entered into a License and Development Agreement to establish large scale quantum dot production in Assam, India with Amtronics CC as licensee. On November 23, 2018, an additional License and Development Agreement has been entered into by the Company and the two licensee parties to the agreement are Amtronics LLC and Assam Electronics Development Corporation Ltd. (AMTRON).



Amtronics LLC is a newly established corporation. AMTRON is an Assam government owned entity located in the Assam, India region established to promote technology opportunities in the region.



Amtronics LLC and AMTRON together plan to incorporate a new entity in India which will be engaged in quantum dot production and market development in the India and various other jurisdictions.

Again QTMM is not developing anything, they are making recurring revenue on dots used by Amtronics LLC and AMTRON in their development efforts whether they be successful of failures. It goes without saying they will make a lot more money if Amtronics LLC and AMTRON were successful.
