I'm not suggesting that this stock is going nowhere. I Think that the restrictions are here as a form of Stock manipulation. Like someone in the brokerage business has gotten his backroom buddies to all make this restricted so that the shareholders that they can shake out at a low price; they can buy up the shares. Or perhaps some very powerful competitor in the movie business uses their influence to keep upstarts like IPEI from flourishing by inducing, through their connections, restrictions to be placed. Am I paranoid or what?
I truly believe that IPEI will succeed, restrictions or not, but the next milestone is the generation of revenue from SIIR. I also think that if the financing scheme of selling the 60 units fails will only have the effect of diverting some of the SIIR money over to the Never Submit project. And this may be a good thing in that it will lessen the dilution of the stock for this cause and will lessen the selling away the percentage of ownership that was envisioned with this scheme. ***RESTRICRIONS MUST BE LIFTED***
