With Leo’s TERRIBLE record on accomplishing anything that brings value to Shareholders I even doubt we have a term sheet.

Just like the Term Sheet from last year and those 3 MISSED Milestones. Nothing happened.

The term sheet is dead and buried. They will never finalize a definitive agreement which will result in a pipeline development deal to get us on track. Anyone buying here will lose all their money when it is announced that the term sheet is null and void.
