Here’s why nothing will happen. Vigil is an inept and fraudulent CEO of two publicly traded companies which haven’t been current in years. OTC markets have stop signs on both companies. Vigil had lawsuits against her for non payments. She puts out proven lies to generate interest, yet nothing comes to fruition. Not one but TWO 1 for 1000 reverse splits RIGHT AFTER she said “the company doesn’t plan on a reverse split.” She learned how to scam investors from her mentor Joe Canouse. Changes a company Facebook background to show a merger is coming and claims it’s happening, yet a year and a half later, nothing has happened. Vigil is a proven liar in many many instances.
