Dutchess is the company to whom all of the new shares are being issued. Read the financing agreement signed between WLKF and Dutchess. Many industry sources have told me that signing a deal with Dutchess is like signing a death warrant. Just look at the one year performance for most of the companies that sign deals with Dutchess...not good.
