Because those are the rules, I'd buy TODAY if the rules were not there. Let's see if it will be lower in 3 days since YOU seem to be all KNOWING!!! AND by the way, YOU have NO IDEA how I trade, or how many times I have traded PGUS !!! HINT: every time I buy, I immediately have a sell price in mind!!!
I find it pretty foolish to continue to invest in this high risk when you clearly have no disposable income and you have to wait for money to clear to buy a stock in the triple zeros.
