no CFO or any other C-suite officers
routinely misses SEC filing dates

"protest" they've got $600MM USD assets but now want to raise $40MM on a $10MM market cap and where they've defaulted on all of their debt for many many many years now? already "raised" $180 million in scammer debt conversions and now this crappola?

there's ZERO reason to do anything but sell into the absurd "offering" which is like handing your kids something guaranteed to cause cancer!
