Yes and no, the highest was 0.0017, the drop was some dilution, some scare tactics, some manipulation and everything else in between. We need to see the share structure to make a good judgment on how much was dilution and how much of manipulation, but it started to take off again today and if the share structure shows mostly was manipulation it will go to high of 0.0017 on Wednesday very likely.
