It doesn't matter, anymore than verifying that wessal exists, or even verifying that they once bought shares in SLJB. EMAAR doesn't matter, none of it matters, it's all just a distraction from the real reason this stock is dying.
Only one thing matters right now, and that's audited financials, because without that this company could have all the mid eastern contacts in the world and that would still provide zero assurance that they aren't being taken for a ride.
