Well, it is still a rainy Sunday afternoon in the Second City, so, speculation reigns. During Mako (better sp) I spent time doing dd, and learning more from other's dd, that Mako was not a deep pool of assets, and suing/recovering from Rosen, even if they were caught red-handed misusing the law and using/repeating lies would not be a wise course as Sullivan implied. Our court system tends to let lawyers bring up most any suit, even the most vile and baseless. Just how it is. Judges are lawyers too, and often have a soft spot for their brethren. Ok, sorry I brought it up. (Yes, I'd like to think Leo and co. would strike back, leave me with my fantasies, por favor).
