For not just the infrastructure, presence in the market and sheer size of the operation, but also the crypto talent which is in high demand.
Buying this ticker for billions would be a drop in the bucket for some of these large financial institutions and imo that is likely how much they would have to pay... and every time BTC rises, the price of this company and interest in buying them increases as well.
