C nut water??? Im in Florida and have friends with c stores and its not a big seller even though it helps hydrate better than almost anything. Not being negative but it really cant generate enough for a sustained pps run...it can be a supplement for wnbd but not a primary source to sustain a much higher-if any--pps....imo
