Please have no doubt about the KBLB biocert VN govt. approvals. Rest assured it's one of the major triggering conditions in the master and ancillary contracts that has to be in place on 7/1/19 for the financing master contract to be reviewed, finalized and signed in both VN and English. Foreign bi-linqual logistics alone are staggering to ensure that content, context and intent all match perfectly. No VN govt. controlled bank is going to come out of the block financing KBL/Prodigy in violation of new laws and regs on GMO's recently passed.
