IMO they might have been pending a medical audit, which falls under the AAPC for medical billing/coding, CMS billing, EMR systems, etc. The new $ARYC billing system was implemented at the end of 2018. Maybe as they were getting that in order, RRBB released confidential/privileged information forcing them to resign? Therefore, now we may need to wait a bit longer for the new firm to finish up late 2018.
