That’s what I’ve been thinking all along that the SEC is seen as some kind of supreme being and they’re not giving the company a chance. This stock is purposely being beat to death and the only one to save it is Mark.

How long?

It’s been since quarter end 9/30/2015 since any financial performance information was filed by this company. That’s way long enough and inexcusable.
