Any audit firm with a shred of professionalism would be required to report that activity to the authorities, ethically and legally.

No CPA would ever sign off on two sets of AF for the same company, nor would they fail to notice these suspicious assets appearing and disappearing at will.

I find this hard to believe. I used to audit and a CEO can't choose where to put revenues and assets. They're made in the company's name or they're not. Also, if assets are transferred, they get sold, and therefore SLJB would have the proceeds of the sale and a gain/loss.

Besides, the audit year-end is May 31. This statements have been a done deal for months.

That would certainly explain the blog comment...

• If you are not pleased with the results there is nothing I can do. These figures represent the companies which were placed into the trading shell. I would hope I have real shareholders because I don’t know of any other kind.

Stock H.O.G.: Why do you think this?

Fatty: I believe Petar had the original AFs, then decided to move some of the assets/revenues into one of the other companies (Kore and/or CCM). That's when he requested the revised AFs. I think he received the revised AFs and at the same time, the newspaper and others started to investigate and ask questions. With the heat on him and every move being watched closely, his lawyer advised him to quickly change the AFs back to the original, which included all revenues and assets. I think that is what's taking place right now, along with the creation of a PR to explain all of these actions. Now, whether or not this was done to cheat the company, I don't know. In any event, I'm glad the heat is on and he's forced to do the "right" think, which is publish the correct AFs.

seeing that Petar is a contractor (for Sulja) and Wessal (if they exist) is a majority owner, wouldn't you think that somebody is monitoring his actions so that he doesn't reduce the value of Sulja and the stock pps? If he is transfering (or trying to transfer) assets/revenue to Kore, don't you think that somebody with a vested interest in Sulja would prevent this from happening? How could he possibly be doing these things without a higher power from within the company preventing these actions from taking place?

That's pretty close to what I'm thinking HOG, I'm hoping he didn't use the assets to purchase land in Colchester. Moving those assets back would be quite the trick.
