It was suggested it be WITHDRAWN FROM MEDIATION, not WITHDRAWN completely

So in essence they SKIPPED mediation on the advice of 1 of the Judges and the Judge to preside over it AGREED..........

That is a lot different than 2 judges recommended withdrawing the appeal, as you stated, don't you thunk

And sorry but I still say they have 30 days which puts this response due date to the 22nd of July

Oh well time will tell and time tells all right
