AZ

""The WMI-LT has until 07/08/2019 to file their counter position and response, ... at which time the Appeals Court will consider both positions and decide whether or not the Appeals Court will accept to hear the case or not ...""

I always thought that after the WMI-LT responded that she has yet another right to respond and then it goes or doesn't go to court, isn't that how the legal system process works?. I've been wrong and may be here as well

Since you apparently have the filing would ya care to share, I'd like to see it and sure others would as well. TIA

"Two Judges have recommended that she (griffin) ... “Withdraw” ... "

Do they happen to be friends of Judge Walrath?

How do you feel about the LT being 'allowed' to change the POR?

Wow! az....that is just plain false.

A Judge, Mary Pat Thynge, made a motion that the Appeal be withdrawn from mandatory mediation.

THE judge Richard G Andrews GRANTED that motion.

The Appeal will be heard in court.
