What I read is that there are documents that were later classified, and some that should have been classified when she handled them. Apparently, they weren't.
All I can see in this episode is that the State Department was loose with the classified material. The only time people have been charged is when they deliver the material, which Ms Clinton does not appear to have done.
Prosecutors have steeped forward to say they wouldn't have charged her either.
No one charged Colin Powell or Condi Rice either. So there's that too.
We know you're not very smart as you constantly display that with your post and you prove that stupid people generally don't know they are stupid but you probably don't know that Hillary turned over every government email sent to her and her server. Plus in your example she was on a chain and they like all emails sent to her by the government they have copies. We have copies of all her emails from her server as they were printed out by her staff and put in boxes and handed over routinely for storage. That's our government filing system - boxes of printed out emails. Really state-of-the-art.
