It will eventually move up. Even if they dilute it (I’m not really sure if it’s called dilution when the coins have a set cap and they are all expected to be mined and on the market).
I’d suspect there are two phases to these types of coins to trade:
1st. Mining and selling open market
2nd. Fully capped and trading of demand as the supply will be spoken for.
