Well said, Dude. Great post! Kim Thompson IS a genius who, like you said, knows exactly what he is doing. Despite all of the Monday morning quarterbacking over the years, Kim has had his eye on the goal post NOT the lines on the field, as I like to say. He sees the long term picture.
