You got a link to those bids she reviewed ? Because the monitor told the court there were no bids received in that first sale process.

Why post that old dated info? The company did not sell. The assets did, for a pittance. Debts far from satisfied. In all previous b/k cases, this has resulted in the dissolution of the company and cancellation of the shares.

That's what will happen here, soon enough.
