I EMPHATICALLY DISAGREE.
I do not see much differentiation between Uber, Lyft, and CarSmartt apps.
Normally if you don't have much differentiation, that would be a bad thing.
But when there is not much differentiation between Uber and Lyft which have $73.3 BILLION and $17.7 Billion market caps respectively, that is a GREAT thing. Similarity will help capture market share.
