No form that asks for percentages doesn't also require the raw share numbers. Feel free to link a certification that did.

I know what "serious" and "critical" mean. And I know what the phrase "false and misleading" means. And I have no doubt that the so-called investors who continue to hold shares here and support this CEO would consider his sale of a significant portion of his holdings (without reporting them as the securities laws requires) to be less than serious and critical. They obviously saw past the sales by the previous CEO. Maybe they're just used to it at this point.
I guess we'll have to wait and see if further corrections are made or if he allows the filing that clearly shows a reduction in his holdings to stand.
