There wasn't a single creditor who offered to restructure a single debt. Not one.

The Quebec Court stated the second ordered sale was for the BioAmber assets - it never stated it was a debt restructure - but that is pretty funny.

If there is a document that states it was a debt restructure post it for all to read.

Only the secured creditors are being partially repaid - so much for the nonsense about debt restructuring.

The results of the restructuring are plainly spelled out in the court documents. You have a link to anything different? Of course not .

41. The Monitor has previously reported on and described the attempts by the Company to pursue a sale
