Ouch...sorry to hear that. Please just study it for yourself...and don't take any advice...eh? I'm merely pitching what I see via information provided and applying math to such. Crunching numbers is the most important aspect..and few ever do it. Doesn't mean you get it correctly...but it will get you damn close.
