They shouldnt need to raise capital at this point. They should be self funded at this point. The business must all be going through Nanotech right now. We know they were at the coatings show in Europe recently. Hoping for a reverse merger so Nanotech goes public and we own Nanotech shares. We have never seen their financials. Maybe they would be able to list on a better exchange.
