Your talking about a plea deal in which the serious crimes that would put M Cohen in jail for many many years, was agreed to in order to avoid a long jail term. Lets see a prosecution on the Federal campaign violation case - a la carte.
Don't mix a guilty plea in with the exoneration of years in jail. If it is so egregious, why would they even mix unrelated incidents in a plea?
