Look at how many shares are outstanding. What would the RS be? If you read closely Remo is not allowed to sell his shares into the market until after the RS. If people were smart they'd realize we're about to have a run of a lifetime and then they most likely they will dilute like crazy when we get there and the outstanding shares would make sense then to do a RS. It's the pinky game

LeoCo, regarding ADHC and why no reverse split...

Based on doing my research, I have learned that doing a reverse split is not in the plans for ADHC. Here is what the company released to clear the air on that matter:

New website with new products and services and full e-commerce capability coming soon. We are currently in the merger process. The merger may be announced anytime before the scheduled time frame without advance notice. Adhc interim management is aware That the reverse split language is causing some concerns for our shareholders. ADHC has no plans of doing any reverse split in the foreseeable future. The language inserted in the 8K is designed to protect all stakeholders that have invested significant amount of capital and currently hold restricted shares. In the future be it 3 or 5 or 15 years if and when The company decides to conduct a reverse split these shares would be protected from anti dilution. Adhc will issue an updated 8k or filing shortly.

there is absolutely NO R/S coming, the company has already addressed this language and immediately clarified, they immediately put that baby to rest like a professional organization would be expected to...... additionally, if someone has a complete and solid understanding of the arrangements that are being explained in that 8k you reference, you can see that there is no R/S planned anywhere in the near future additionally you can also see that there will be a plethora of announcements coming and with this low float, the .15+ Goldman Research Report is looking very likely....more to come here that will possibly make $ADHC the stock of 2019...good luck to all!!!!!
