Its actually not saturated, they can't keep up with the demand actually. Very few places are licensed. For the companies that can assemble an epic management team such as Aeroponleaf it makes the ride smoother, keep talking and lose out, keep waiting for those .03s train is leaving. lol

Keep a track, 04s will not stay long. Just think, don't be in hurry and do calculations, you'll be happy what you will find out.
