#109774 RE: EM60192 #109773

THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT THE TRADERS WERE SAYING WHEN SPRV FIRST BOTTOMED AT .0001 FIVE YEARS AGO IN 2014! HOWEVER, TODAY THERE IS ONE VERY MAJOR DIFFERENCE! THE OUTSTANDING COUNT HAS BLOWN UP BY A FACTOR OF 34X FROM 383,896,687 IN 2014 TO 13,072,186,815 SHARES, AS OF APRIL 15, 2019!

THAT IS CORRECT! THERE ARE 12,688,290,128 MORE SHARES OUTSTANDING THAN WHEN SPRV REGULARLY SAW ANYTHING HIGHER THAN .0001 BACK IN 2014!

I'll wait another 5 yrs. for WAY more than a double on what is a pocket change bet for most here

BTW, if the reference to "Madison" means SPRV's Transfer Agent, Madison Stock Transfer, it might be fruitful to qucikly review the role of a Transfer Agent.

Yes, sellers at .0002 but Madison is dumping on every .0001 bidder that shows up.

A Transfer Agent DOES NOT "DUMP" ANYTHING! Shareholders sell stock! A party must OWN the shares in order to SELL the shares! MADISON IS NOT A SHAREHOLDER, MEANING IT DOES NOT OWN ANY SPRV SHARES! Any Transfer Agent simply tracks a company's share structure, its shareholders, and makes sure the company is abiding by the securities industry regulations.

Here's the simple definition of the Transfer Agent's role, which has been copied directly from Investopedia:

A transfer agent is a trust company, bank or similar financial institution assigned by a corporation to maintain records of investors and account balances.
