CVSI should consider merging with a NASDAQ company. That's what KERN did.

I dont see this happening. If they did, then CVSI would go away. The entire board of directors would be gone, and management maybe too sometime down the road. All of CVSI would be absorbed into the new company. Not to mention these guys want to keep their jobs.

Most of the time reverse mergers are done just so the larger private company can become a public company in a short amount of time, and without all the hassle of IPO's and such. While it's not a bad idea, if thats the goal then the private company will look for the most worthless public shell it can find. CVSI is worth too much to be a good candidate for this.

At this point, it's more likely that someone would buy CVSI outright.

And, after all this time I say we just stick it out and wait for NASDAQ to come around.
