ZMRK was reinstated on 1/11/2019 in Delaware. We also have confirmations that shell was sold by Minah-Mar, we have new officers, and we assume a large Reverse Merger is coming into the ZMRK shell.

New CEO: Meihua XU, who also goes by Robert, has worked for Minah-Mar as Head of Asian Business Department doing Reverse Mergers for 12 years.

New CFO: David XU is also the current CFO for Hangergy, which is a $27B dollar Chinese company. David has also been CFO for SGOCO, which has achieved $80M in revs.

THis may just be getting started.
