I take my mod role seriously and never selectively leave out key rulings.

There were three tentatives yesterday. The comment I posted confirms what many have observed--that Maciora has filed an inordinate amount of Motions.

That does not bode well for Maciora. It confirms the EMK Law Firm's ongoing assertions that Macioras goal was to harass MEC and its (former) counsel.

It doesn't matter since the real estate claims are unrelated to the core Causes of Action against Maciora and his buddy Delgado.
