I think the best we can do is agree to disagree. Been here for months, and not just for fun. The hours I’ve put in towards CAVR for research/observation/communication is in the triple digits. Unless you can explain FINRA REGSHO and why when I buy millions directly from ALPS, the transactions are logged as short sells, in my book shorters remain not only present but heavy in this ticker
When the equity raise is complete they will likely issue a press release to announce it. They have had and continue to have meetings with accredited investors
